You will receive a call from our support team within 2 working days to evaluate the issue.

🚫 Damaged / Dead on Arrival (DOA)

We will assign an authorized service personnel to inspect the defective product.

The technician will issue a DOA certificate, which is required for approval of return or replacement.

📦 Wrong Product Shipment
